Study On The Organization Mode Of Agriculture Science And Technology Service

To make sustainable development, and to comprehensively improve the agricultural production capacity,eventually have to rely on the progress of agricultural science and technology,and agricultural science and technology service organization is the providers and distributors of agricultural science and technology.Stepping in the new situation of accession to the WTO, not only provide a good opportunity for the development of the agriculture of our country into the international market, and also have a strong impact on the development of China’s agriculture,and the circulation of agricultural products. China’s agriculture and rural economy has entered a new historical stage,it puts forward the new request to the agricultural science and technology service system in china. With the establishment and perfection of socialist market economic system,the original system that agricultural science and technology serving to the government as the main body has not adapted to the internationalization of agriculture and the new stage of agricultural development,it need to reform and innovation. Since the reform and opening-up, the agricultural service system in China has conducted a series of reform, technology services as the main mode of the original to the government has been preliminarily broken, the role of market mechanism in the popularization of science and technology has been continuously strengthen,it also accelerate the progress of agricultural science and technology,and promote the level of agricultural intensive management.But the pattern of agricultural science and technology service in China has not been established, there are still a series of contradictions and conflicts in the process of reform,as an important source of innovation of agricultural science and technology of Kasetsart University, the popularization of agricultural science and technology advantages and potential has not been fully play,it’s a serious waste of extension resource.In this paper take the theoretical research and how to solve practical problems as the premise, using the research methods of analysis and the contrastive analysis, empirical combination, analyzes the present situation of agricultural science and technology service organization in our model and pose the existing problems, put forward the construction of agricultural science and technology service mode of China’s Countermeasures and give suggestions. This paper is divided into six parts, as follows: the first part is the introduction part of this paper. Mainly on the topics of the purpose,significance,background and the domestic and foreign agricultural service of science and technologywere summarized in this paper;it defines and explains the related theories of the second part about service of agricultural science and technology; the third part introduces the current situation of agricultural science and technology service mode in China and existing problems andanalyzing the cause of problems;the fourth chapter introduces the excellent experience of foreign agricultural science and technology service mode and get some enlightenment;the fifth partthrough the analysis of the current situation of foreign and domestic total node, put forward countermeasures of China’s agricultural science and technology service system modernization; the sixth part is concluding,and reaffirming the view,providing theoretical references and giving suggestions for promoting the development ofagricultural science and technology service organization.
