Evaluation Of Disposing Financial Corporations Non-performance Loans

Non-Performance Loans have been the growing risks for financial corporations such as trust companies and commercial banks since2008financial crisis.It has been regarded as the primary concern in financial research field to determine the intrinsic value of Non-Performance Loans, identify the factors affecting the valuation and accurately evaluate the Non-Performance Loans of financial companies, which are also key and difficult issues when commercial banks, financial assets manage corporations and investors disposing and acquiring Non-Performance Loans. The research object of this thesis is the evaluation of disposing financial corporation’s Non-Performance Loans. On the basis of analyzing the current methods of disposing Non-Performance Loans in China and identifying the factors affecting the valuation of Non-Performance Loans, this thesis further analyzes and explores the evaluation methods of disposing Non-Performance Loans.Selecting Non-Performance Loans of financial corporations in Zhejiang province as the research samples, the thesis has demonstrated the evaluation models of disposing financial corporation’s Non-Performance Loans by empirical research and analyzed the application of these evaluation methods using case study analysis.This thesis comes to the conclusion that the evaluation models of disposing financial corporation’s Non-Performance Loans varies with the object of the evaluation. Meanwhile, the specific evaluation method of a model must suit the characteristics of Non-Performance Loans, reflect the values of Non-Performance Loans, and satisfy the requirements of specific disposal methods.Followed by some suggestions and forecasts, the current issues in evaluating Non-Performance Loans have been discussed at the end of the thesis.
