So entrepreneurs reward acquiring payment is also nonlinear, the marginal decreasing instead of exponential increasing.The entrepreneurs’ wages rewards are decided by company sales income salary and entrepreneurs’bonus reward are based on enterprise’s profit and the enterprise profit growth determine entrepreneurs bonus reward.This article theoretically analyze the entrepreneurs reward incentive, the summary and classification of the impact of entrepreneurs reward factors, the Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process extracting influence entrepreneurs reward decision factors, establishing entrepreneurs reward influence model. Making use of Fenshui pen industry group in2010, according to each enterprise data, the sales revenue, profits, profit growth and the division of different scale interval enterprise to entrepreneurs reward incentive coefficient on SPSS linear regression analysis, it puts forward a practical entrepreneurs reward set model-section set incentive coefficient compensation model, that is,PAY=a△XSSR+b△LR+c△LRZZ+u.
