Since the reform and opening up, Chinese market-economy development closely follow the footsteps of international development, with the arrival of the era of the knowledge economy, borderless career trends unstoppable, changing employee-organization relationship. Scholars began to realize the sense of research organizations to support the importance of individual career management and managerial advancement, and changing staff-organizational relationships reinterpreted. On the basis of the existing domestic and international research, the research in the unique Chinese cultural context, using quantitative analysis method to study the core staff from the sense of organizational support for managerial advancement, explore individual career management in the sense of organizational support for career growth play a mediating role in the process of influence.Combing through the relevant literature in the study, hypotheses and theoretical model, the length of service of core employees in more than1year and Scale for questionnaire design, survey,300valid questionnaires were collected. Then, to test the reliability and validity testing of the sample data based on correlation analysis and regression analysis to test our hypotheses.The following conclusions on the basis of assumptions and empirical analysis of empirical research:Perceived Organizational Support on the three dimensions of individual career management has a significant positive correlation between the three dimensions of individual career management with managerial advancement were significant.The positive correlation between individual career management play intermediary role between perceived organizational support and managerial advancement. Baseon the above conclusions, we make some suggestions of human resource management practices and employee career management and managerial advancement. Finally, analysis of this study, the lack of sample selection, guidance direction and continue to study this field in the future.
