Recent years, with increasing competition between banks, the bank staff workingpressure has reached unprecedented levels. When employees can not to relieve pressure,then there will be job burnout. Job burnout will not only damage the normal life habit,employee health workers to decline, lack of enthusiasm, still can make staff appear lowproduction efficiency, such as negative situation anaerobic work, and some even have toleave. Related research shows that, organizational behavior and job burnout wassignificantly between the direct relation, and perceived organizational support is animportant factor in organizational behavior, so the study about job burnout shall bemainly concentrated on perceived organizational support content and perceivedorganizational support and job burnout of the two related research. This research tounderstand the feelings of employees work degree, help Banks make correspondinghuman resources management measures, and better management of the required talents,increase the competition ability of the enterprise.This paper first to perceived organizational support and job burnout to do a morecomprehensive literature review, then according to the research of the predecessor, designthe perceived organizational support and job burnout questionnaire survey research. Theauthors choose the Liaoning commercial bank employee, a total of260questionnaires,recovery of effective questionnaires.
