The object of this study is pharmaceutical companies of Shijiazhuang.The method of thisstudy is questionnaire survey.This study uses the empirical method to research the impactionof organizational trust to the complex knowledge sharing and the tacit knowledge integration.This thesis expects to studies about the relationship among organizational trust, thecomplex knowledge sharing and the tacit knowledge integration, which provide some usefulrecommendations for the human resource manager of pharmaceutical companies in ShiJiazhuang.First, the thesis reviews and summarizes the relative theories about organizationaltrust, the complex knowledge sharing and the tacit knowledge integration.And then, theconceptual model contains organizational trust, the complex knowledge sharing and the tacitknowledge integration which are based on the research achievement of Domestic and ForeignScholars, at the same time, considers the specific situations of pharmaceutical companies inShijiazhuang.The majority of this research objects are the core staff of pharmaceuticalcompanies in Shi Jiazhuang.Finally, this thesis organizes data from the small sample and thabig sample. It uses CITC,Cronbach,s Alpha and factor analysis to analyze the related data,ituses the structural equation modeling to test the model parameter and evaluate the model.In this study, organizational trust is divided into system trust, supervisors trust, colleaguestrust and subordinates trust, and then study the the impaction of organizational trust to thecomplex knowledge sharing and the tacit knowledge integration. The study analyzes thesurvey data and the assumptions building the theoretical models of assessment and verification,in order to inquire about the employee trust in our cultural context, how influnce thecomplexity of knowledge sharing and tacit knowledge integration mechanism. This study ismainly based on the following expansion:1. It is to research the influential effect of organizational trust on the complex knowledgesharing.The impact of the rganizational trust to the complex knowledge sharing from fourperspectives such as system trust, supervisors trust, colleagues trust and subordinatestrust.Conclusions are as follows:①The system trust has a significant direct impact on thecomplex knowledge sharing;②The supervisors trust has a significant direct impact on the complex knowledge sharing;③The colleagues trust has a significant direct impact on thecomplex knowledge sharing;④the subordinates trust has a non-significant direct impact on thecomplex knowledge sharing.2. It is to research the influential effect of organizational trust on the tacit knowledgeintegration.The study on the ralationship of the organization trust and the knowledge sharingis rare, and the existing achievement is much more theoretical, in particular lack of empiricalresearch.The impact of the rganizational trust to the tacit knowledge integrationfrom fourperspectives such as system trust, supervisors trust, colleagues trust and subordinatestrust.Conclusions are as follows:①The system trust has a significant direct impact on the tacitknowledge integration;②The supervisor trust does not have a direct impact on the tacitknowledge integration,but it has an indirect impact by knowledge sharing;③The colleaguestrust has a significant direct impact on the tacit knowledge integration;④The subordinate trusthas a significant direct impact on the tacit knowledge integration.3.It is to research the influential effect of the complex knowledge sharing on the tacitknowledge integration.The knowledge sharing is the basic of the knowledge integration,mostof researchers regard the knowledge sharing and knowledge integration as a whole thing inpast studies,some of them use knowledge transfer instead of. In this study, the empiricalresearch about the relationship of the complex knowledge sharing and the tacit knowledgeintegration building on the core staff of the pharmaceutical companies in Shi Jiazhuang,theconclusion is the complex knowledge sharing has a significant direct impact on the tacitknowledge integration.The conclusion of this study will be helpful for making human resources policies andconstructing enterprise culture, and it suggests that enterprise manager must attach moreimportance to foster organizational trust culture, Improve incentives within the organization,and improve the overall quality of the staff. Meanwhile being conformed in this study, theorganizational trust, the complex knowledge sharing and the tacit knowledge integration arehelpful for futurerelated research.
