With the continuous development of globalization economic, enterprises are now faced with a more dynamic and diverse development environment, which brings more uncertainty for the development of enterprises, and makes the competition more intense. In order to maintain the competitiveness and keeps to win market development opportunities, many companies have to adopt new management techniques to a more rational and effective management of the enterprise resources, so project management and knowledge management is applicated. However, how to make the project team to effectively manage tacit knowledge theory and practice from employee's perspective has become an urgent problem.To solve these problems, this research from the staff's trust and communication perspective to explore the organization tacit knowledge sharing events. We see trust as cognitive and affective trust, the introduction of rational behavior model to Through literature review found that originated in consumer buying behavior of rational behavior theory be able to carry out an act actors good prediction, but research in the theory of knowledge sharing is still relatively small, and the research for their trust and communication with employees effect of intermediary tacit knowledge sharing is even more rare. Therefore, this article see trust and communication as independent variables, the theory of rational behavior as Mediator to tacit knowledge sharing as the dependent variable studied. Through questionnaires study, correlation analysis, regression analysis, we found that:(1) There was a significant positive correlation between trust and communication with the rational behavior among members;(2) a significant positive correlation between employee rational behavior trust and communication with tacit knowledge sharing;(3) rational behavior between communication and knowledge sharing play an intermediary role;(4) employees'individual attitudes have an intermediary role in the sharing of trust and organizational tacit knowledge, but not significant for trust and tacit knowledge sharing.
