So far,a lot of Multi-Agent system research focused on the rational Agent.Theories suggest that emotion has a strong impact on the mood,motivations,beliefs and desires,although details for now have not elaborate.In the field of artificial intelligence,especially in human-computer interaction area,emotions have received a lot of attention.But the research on the application of emotion to Agent decision making is still very limited.Moreover,it has been found that the impact of emotion on decision making can not be ignored,both for humans and non humans.Because of the high EQ Agent than the simple rational Agent in complex dynamic environment can have better performance.In the field of tacit knowledge sharing,some scholars use Agent model to study the tacit knowledge sharing process,assuming that Agent is completely rational,and does not consider the emotional.But the scholars have studied the influence of emotion on tacit knowledge sharing,it makes an empirical analysis found that positive emotions can promote tacit knowledge sharing,negative emotions have inhibitory effect on tacit knowledge sharing.These studies simply divided the emotions into positive and negative two,without considering the complexity of emotion,analysis of effects of different emotions on tacit knowledge sharing.Therefore,in order to study the influence of different emotional atmosphere on tacit knowledge sharing,this paper constructs the influence of emotional atmosphere in the organizational tacit knowledge sharing model based on the existing research.Because of the complex characteristics of emotion and tacit knowledge,this paper adopts multi-Agent simulation method to study,using Netlogo software to simulate the model.The importance of emotion in the process of tacit knowledge sharing can be revealed by analyzing the promotion or inhibition effect of different emotional atmosphere on tacit knowledge sharing.In order toillustrate the rationality of the model design and the necessity of the variable settings,we also analyze the influence of these variables on the tacit knowledge sharing.Through the study of this article,we draw the following conclusions:First,the influences of emotional atmosphere on tacit knowledge sharing are as follows:The positive emotions such as happy-for,gloating,hope,satisfaction,joy,pride,admiration,gratitude,love,and cheerful can promote the tacit knowledge sharing among the members of the organization;The negative emotions such as resentment,fear-confirmed,disappointment,distress,and shame can also promote the tacit knowledge sharing among the members of the organization;The positive emotions such as relief and gratification can inhibit the tacit knowledge sharing;The negative emotions such as fear,reproach,angry,hate and dislike can also inhibit the tacit knowledge sharing.Second,the influences of other variables on tacit knowledge sharing are as follows:The greater the spread threshold/incentive coefficient is,the more tacit knowledge sharing will be promoted.The more members of the organization,the smaller the learning ability and the more useful,the longer the tacit knowledge sharing.According to the result of the above analysis,the organization's managers can promote the sharing of tacit knowledge by creating the emotional atmosphere that promote tacit knowledge sharing,avoiding the emotional atmosphere that inhibit tacit knowledge sharing.So that the members of the organization are willing to share tacit knowledge to promote the flow of tacit knowledge,improve the effectiveness of tacit knowledge,and further promote the development of the organization.
