Food safety related to people’s livelihood, the responsibility is extremely heavy.Accompanied by scientific and technological progress and the improvement of people’squality of life, awareness of food safety issues has gone through a process by focusing on thenumber of food security to focus on food quality and safety. Food security and the people’shealth and life safety, related to a country’s economic development and social stability, and tothe image of the country and the government. Food security has become an importantindicator to measure quality of life, social management level, and the state’s legal systemconstruction. In recent years, food safety incidents and food crisis-prone, food safetysituation is worried.Among them, the family as a high incidence of foodborne illness places, household foodhandling behavior should be paid attention. In this research, the object is household consumerfood safety behavior, drawing on existing research results at home and abroad, identifyhigh-risk populations and determine the behavior of the high-risk groups, government policyintervention is proposed.The paper is divided into six parts.The first part elaborates the basic situation of the household food safety and hygiene, aswell as the lack of the family safe food handling behavior understanding of a wide range ofdangers, from a combination of qualitative and quantitative, standardized and empiricalperspective, combined with advanced foreign household food processing behavioralexperience of the significance of the behavioral evaluation studies of household food security,and the purpose of this study and research, then the research method, Finally, the paperintroduced the technical route of this study.The second part sorts out of the food safety, food safety risks related concepts, from foodsafetyâ†'food safety riskâ†'food safety risk perceptionâ†'food handling behavior of thislogical relationship, descriped of the scope of this study object. The theory of plannedbehavior study is a mature behavioral intentions theory, many scholars in the study ofconsumer behavior also achieved good results. Based on the theory of planned behavior, food safety risk analysis laid a theoretical foundation for the theory to identify interventionmeasures.The third part takes a survey of the consumer home environment, food storage behavior,acts of food preparation, kitchen facilities use and maintenance of behavior, personal hygienebehavior and food poisoning knowledge and risk perception, and according to the surveyresults reflect our family higher rate incorrect behavior to determine the point of householdfood security risk control key actors in China. On the basis of investigation, it determined thecharacteristics of high-risk groups with more inappropriate behavior of household foodsecurity.The fourth part examines food processing highest risk handling behavior-meatprocessing, meat processing behavior in the family is taken into more detail the division, thispart of the empirical study analogy the empirical study of the chapter3, and finally itidentified meat processed at high risk and high-risk behavior.The fifth part combines with the previous empirical analysis, inducts foreign advancedexperience, it solves the existing problems in the processing of household food security inChina and household food security weak points and break points.The sixth part summaries a whole broad summary, and gives the research prospects.
