With the development of market economy, information and media, the process ofenterprise development time by public attention, can say, companies like in vacuum, thebehavior, actions, decisions are subject to public supervision. Therefore, the enterpriseshould pay attention to the development and improvement, continuously improve theirproducts, and the brand bigger and stronger, to avoid the occurrence of the crisis event. Thecrisis as in today’s society can not avoid the topic, real existence in the course of enterprisedevelopment, can be said that, the study on crisis is actually a study on enterprisedevelopment.Crisis public relations plays an important role in marketing,when the enterprise has theoccurrence of unexpected events or major accident,will face great pressure of publicopinion,corporate image will receive serious damage and corporate public relations will bein a state of crisis,enterprises in the PR process if not handled the crisis.For enterprisedevelopment will be greatly hindered,no matter what enterprises will encounter the crisis ofpublic relations.This article introduces the crisis, crisis management and crisis publicrelations strategies,start this research from the basic concepts of interpretation and thenanalysis,from the characteristics of public relations crisis introduction,Aimed at thecharacteristics of the crisis public relations, crisis PR strategy to facilitate the understandingof the application and practical significance; then introduces the principles of crisis publicrelations, through the understanding of the principles of crisis public relations, to referencein practical applications; crisis public relations program and plan from the theoretical pointof view, the last theory, through the study of this the Hewlett-Packard Co, on how to carryout the public relations crisis made the theory upholstery; crisis public relations strategyselection through the introduction of several kinds of crisis public relations strategy toexplain the enterprise crisis public relations can be used when the strategy and mattersneeding attention of Hewlett-Packard Co and public relations; after several crises, there areviews of the HP, on several times of crisis public relations strategy analysis and in-depthanalysis, sum up experience lesson, one of the most important parts in public relations forIndustry and other industry enterprise crisis influence character by environment andinspiration.
