Research On The Financing Management Of L Company’s Wind Power Farm Project

In recent years， with the rapid development of the financing theory of thefinancing field， the mode of management of financing changes rapidly. BOT hasbecome the preferred choice of large-scale public works to the governments all overthe world. Wind power industry which greatly developed is an emerging industry inChina， Golmud Xiaozaohuo wind power station project can be an effective way toreduce the gap between the power supply and demand of the southwest China，which also have a great market value. But with the low marketization degree of windfarm project， it may have investment problems if we implement the project， alongwith the corresponding financing risks. There have a lot of cases of the wind farmsconstruction in recent years， but since the investment cost is so large， along withthe narrow investment channel， the big time gap between the research andimplementation stage， all of the above makes it hard to get an accurate financingcost and the related financial indicators. In this study， I use company L’sXiaozaohuo wind power station as an example， discuss the related problems andthe financing relationships and cooperation methods between the government， Land the banks， and then analyze the importance of financing risk and financing andnecessity. Using the samples from abroad to reflect on our wind farm’s financingproblems， also encounter risk problems and many difficulties in financing whenconstruct the power station. Such as long construction period， very hugeconstruction funds which was needed. Lots of technologies involved highcomplexity， the hardest financing problem is that the lack of money，engineering construction count on the bank financing which become an important key to thesuccess of the project in the beginning of the project. The article tries to use thegovernment，enterprise，bank’s viewpoint to analyze the investment process. Usingexpert’s interpretation of the BOT financing mode as a reference，then analyze thecost investment of the wind power station，and also discuss the creditor’s rights ofthe wind power project. According to the above statement， give my conclusion andto reach a win-win situation.
