Design quality will directly affect the investment cost of the project, project quality, safety stability and economic after wind farm operation. Design institute as an important participant in the wind power project, its management level on project quality will directly affect the overall interests of the project, so improve the quality management of wind power is imperative.This dissertation research on the current status of the design quality management at home and abroad, introduces the total quality management concepts into design quality management of design institute wind power projects. In this thesis, the comprehensive quality management thought and basic method were described and discussed, combining with wind power project design quality situation and existing problems, the paper propose ways and means to improve the quality of management from four aspects, which include quality management model, quality control at all stages, establishing quality management system and staff construction. Paper presents an evolutionary approach to reform organizational structure, improve the flexibility of the management structure. Thesis using whole process of quality management thinking at all stages of the design quality management, analysis the main contents of the various stages, indicating the regulatory focus in corresponding stage. Through establishing multi-dimensional quality control network from top to bottom and all levels, quality assessment methods and management system to restrict and regulate design behavior. With training employees the concept of quality awareness, re-education and fair competition and incentive systems to construct personnel team and improve staff motivation.Finally, combined institute QX wind farms and remote centralized control project for example, thesis elaborate the design institute organizational structure management, quality management and personnel management in project life cycle, to provide management reference and improve wind power design quality for design company.
