Research On Dividend Policy For The Sustainable Development Of The Listed Corporation In China

The dividend policy is not only related to the interests of investors, but also related to thefuture development of the listed corporation.The listed company in the highly competitive marketenvironment, how to draw up a reasonable dividend policy, and allocate resources effectively toensure the sustainable development of enterprise, is highly concerned by financial theorists andpractitioners.So,this article discusses the problem in detail.Following the logic of ask question-analysis question-solve the problem, this paper wascompleted in a normative way. Based on the basic theory of dividend policy,this article contrastsdividend policy between China and developed countries,then analysis the problems of the dividendpolicy in our country, and make some recommendations for the listed corporation to achievesustainable development of dividend policy.Through this research, I hope chinese listed corporation can torealize the relationship betweensustainable development and dividend policy, then according to the market environment, enterpriselife cycle, and the characteristics of the stakeholders, determine their own actual situation, so as tochoose right dividend policies to accelerate the pace of sustainable development.
