The Research Of Evaluation Of Ability Of Sustainable Development Of Chiniese Listed Corporation

As the prevalence of sustainable development theory, people's value and consciousness of sustainable development also improved. They are quickly influencing the economy, market and the environment where the corporations survive and develop from various aspects. The problem of the corporate sustainability becomes the focus of all corporations. As the Micro-foundation of sustainable development, the corporation should be the complex of natural condition, society, economy, culture, science and technology. Consider the survival and development of corporation from the economic point of view is not enough. Today, the world is changing in an extremely fast speed, the increasing of international communication of economy, development of information intelligence technology, exhaustion of energy, increasing of population and deterioration of environment require the enterpriser not only just looking for current economic benefit but also consider the integration, overall, long-term, and create a road of sustainable development which accords with the economic law and ecological law.Ability of sustainable development describes the potential development of listed corporation. It reflects the growth and persistence of the listed corporation systematically. On the basis of analysis and summarizing the predecessor's research, in this paper we consider the resource ability of sustainable development, innovation ability of sustainable development and responsibility of sustainable development compose the three important dimensions of ability of sustainable development of listed corporation. Under this assumption, we create the evaluation index system which can be used to evaluate the ability of sustainable development of listed corporation. In the evaluation index system, we use AHP to calculate weights of all indicators, taking the corporation in the china A share of the coal industry as an example and research the indicator finally.At the end of the paper, we proposal the countermeasure and suggestion that how to improve Chinese listed corporation from 3 points of view:circular economy, industry innovation and responsibility.
