Human resources management is very important to enterprise management, and the performance management is the core of human resources management, which is the main means to help enterprises to achieve their strategic targets and employee development. With the help of the establishment of effective performance management system, enterprises can establish a clear long-term strategic objectives and help employees plan their career lives. At the same time, enterprises can also guide, restraint and stimulate employees, improve the staffs working enthusiasm and initiative, enhance employee and enterprise performance, and accelerate enterprises to achieve strategies finally.This article researches the actual situation of YC Company. First, this article describes the researching background, significance, train of thought and general situation of YC Company. Second finds out the reason why the company lacking complete achievements management system, effective communication between managers and employees, far-reaching strategic targets and other similar problems. Third, this article tries to use correlation theory of achievements management, documents and articles, investigation research and summery of experiences to dry a "fish bone diagram" of the company. Finally, rebuilds the performance indicator system of company, department and staff, optimizes the original performance assessment index of the company, sets up a better achievements management system, establishes the talent strategy of the company and create company culture. Hoping this article can help YC Company to solve the achievements management problem as well as befits similar companies.
