Based on the current domestic school tutoring market, this paper first conduct in-depth investigation and analysis, based on Oriental Education Corporation (hereinafter referred to Oriental Education) Case, analyzed its founding stage.development stage, mature stage on the business mode, management, marketing strategy aspects. Oriental Education which targets customers, market planning, image planning, public relations planning, corporate advertising planning, and project planning.Secondly, through demonstrating the role of the brand in the market training.it elaborates that the core competitiveness of enterprises is to create a corporate culture and brand. And it focuses on the understanding of the basic problems of the brand, explores the rules of building a school brand on this basis as well as how to enhance the school brand strategy, brand building, analysis of the role of brand building.It clears that it is necessary for a business to increase a customer’s business brand loyalty, building a brand as a corporate strategic goals in order to develop a long-term survival.Next it introduces the mode of the management of internal staff with case, combining the long-term development of the enterprise and the personal qualities of the internal staff and it aims at researching the professional attitude of the staff training.In this paper, the case of enterprise development stage analysis has made a detailed list of the problems which happens easily during the process of the enterprise’s growing and then it puts forward some reasonable solutions to the problems.
