Research On Supplier Management In Manufacturing Enterprise Of Complex Product

With the constant progress of technology and the intensification of economic globalization, the competition among the supply chain has became the main form of competition in the market. The supplier is the source of the supply chain, effective supplier management is very importent in enhancing the competitiveness of the supply chain. Supplier provide a variety of manufacturing resources for manufacturing enterprise, so supplier’s performance have a direct impact on the performance of manufacturing enterprises. Complex structure and high technology, a single or small batch and customization are the complex products’features, the scientific and effective supplier management to the manufacturers of complex products have great significance.Though the analysis of literatures, we summed up the characteristics of the complex products, and combed the supplier management theory. Based on the theory of supplier management, combined with the features of complex products manufacturer’s supplier management, we build the complex product manufacturing enterprise’s supplier management system. In the base layer, it including supplier classification, supplier selection and evaluation. Supplier relationship management, supply dynamic management and supplier quality management are included in the implementation layer. It must have a standard and stable process as the guarantee. Besides, we introduce the complex product enterprise’s supplier management system in detail. In addition, a typical complex products manufacturing enterprises D is selected as a case. Through the analysis of the present situation and problems of the D enterprise’s supplier management, and apply the complex products manufacturing enterprise’s supplier management system that built to establish the supplier management system of D enterprise. We hope the result of this research can provide a reference for the decision of complex products manufacturing enterprise’s supplier management.
