In recent years, multimodal transport has became an important position in China’s transportation. However, due to our objective institutional constraints, the different transport industry, the lack of effective coordination by the IT support, eventually leading to the railways, waterways, highways and other modes of transport logistics information inter-departmental and cross-sectoral and cross-boundary information resources can not be shared information gathering effect can not be effectively carried out. Therefore, there is an urgent need in the multimodal transport process of information integration. So information integration in the multimodal transport service has become a hot topic.In order to achieve the Multimodal transport information integration services.thesis takes multimodal transport information integration and optimization services as background, use the theory of multimodal transport, information integration, implement data integration and service integration of Multimodal transport,, and proposed the methods of service optimization.Firstly, proposed the multimodal representation based on data elements, applied the method on the raw data of the multimodal transport, railway, highway, waterway,normalized by using the mode decomposition, transportation mileage, translation time and transportation costs of table structure, Through the introduction of the concept of the relationship between the data source structure into multiple relations so as to further improve data integration. Study security control method of the multimodal transport from data normalized, access control and authentication three aspects.Secondly, apply ant colony algorithm, the algorithm of multi-objective job shop scheduling algorithm to the integrated multimodal transport information service optimization, By improving of these basic algorithms, proposed the multi-objective shipper-oriented ant colony optimization algorithm (SAMOA)and oriented the carrier transport vehicle scheduling optimization algorithm (CVTSA).Finally, taking Shanghai Port multimodal transport as the background, build a multimodal transport data integration and service optimization model in the Port of Shanghai to verify the effectiveness and practicality of the method.
