In recent years,the middle-term or long-term development planning and implementation process of e-commerce in the domestic enterprises gradually be taken seriously, with the well development of the IT and network communication technology in China. E-commerce is not only changing the business operation philosophy, but changing the way to compete methods for solving all problems, but for a way truly arousing student’s enthusiasm and the future development of electronic commerce, e-commerce business should be treated from the strategic level.Traditional companies start to bring in the e-commerce business model and establish the e-commerce platform while face the fierce competition and the new opportunities follow by e-commerce.The traditional industry represented by community service, informationize-based view for their own market, customer targeting and strategic participatory, aiming at effectively improving their communicative competence. to find the right business model in a wave of e-commerce? How to establish the competitive advantage in e-commerce industry? It’s the target of this paper to analysis.This paper base on the integrative framework of the e-commerce for company A, which including strategy development, implementation, and feedback, first analyzes the basic theory and the status of implementation of e-commerce,and introduce the revolution of traditional business philosophy after e-commerce platform import in and the impact in operation system.Then base on the internal and external environment of company A to analyze SOWT matrix, opportunities vs.threats and e-commerce value chain. Followed by general integration of direction and planning with e-commerce platform for Company A. Meanwhile,conduct deep analysis in the implementation of e-commerce platform of Company A.With which, including the implementation of the strategy level and project management, core competitiveness,the overall pattern of e-commerce platform, e-commerce platform design and integration, and finally explore the actual effect of the Company A in the implementation of e-commerce platform.This study is a research on how e-commerce business integrates with SMEs in China, and the conversion of operation philosophy of the traditional industry represented by Company A;I expect that this study will provide the reference for other services enterprises step on the era of e-commerce.
