Traditional e-commerce faces the big and comprehensive market,and its growth rate has gradually slowed down after it’s flow rate reaching the top.In order to solve this problem,new e-commerce needs to develop the market segments of traditional e-commerce.Under this background,community e-commerce sells fresh food,agricultural products,drinks and daily necessities,and provides next day delivery services for the users who are live in real communities offline.With more and more large Internet companies such as Alibaba Group and Meituan had entered this business in 2020,the competition of community e-commerce companies has become extremely fierce.These platforms have began to realize the competition of community e-commerce is supply chain rather than subsidies after the chaos of capital crazy subsidies.The value of supply chain is not only providing products to consumers,but also providing services to users.Therefore,the methods of improving the service level of community e-commerce must be based on improving the service level of supply chain.The research object in this thesis is the service abilities of community e-commerce supply chain.Through the determination of the connotation and the construction of evaluation system,the service capabilities of supply chain in community e-commerce are evaluated and analyzed,and the promotion strategies are proposed.Definition of connotation.In order to open the "black box" of supply chain service capabilities,this thesis gives the connotation and composition of the service abilities of communities e-commerce supply chain after studying many documents.Then,this thesis defines them as a dynamic comprehensive ability according to the characteristics of the supply chain and user’s requirements.In the dynamic and changeable environment,the supply chain continues to meet the basic needs of internal members and end consumers at less cot,through various service means and management activities,creating user value at the same time.Construction and application of evaluation system.The formation mechanism of service capability is determined from the evolution process of supply chain routines,and the evaluation indexes are screened by expert questionnaire survey of Liszt scale.Moreover,the system of assessment for the service ability of communities e-commerce supply chain is established by using both the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and Fuzzy Comprehension Evaluation Method(FCE).According to these qualitative and quantitative methods,every index has its own different weight.Lastly,this thesis applies this evaluation model to the community e-commerce called T whose comprehensive score of supply chain service capability is 82.04,which is at the good evaluation level.According to the expected score of index weight,this thesis puts forward the improvement strategies based on core promotion indexes and supplemented by important promotion indexes.And T community e-commerce platform can improve its competitiveness by analyzing evaluation indicators and data.
