Economic globalization and informatization will lead the modern logistics indus try to a high-speed development. In turn, promoting modern logistics level will pro mote economic internationalization, informatization and marketization, and also play an important role on developing new economic growth space. The rationality of net work distribution from logistics enterprise is the key condition to ensure logistics ef ficiency and area economy growth. Especially, the regionalism on network distributi on is the core factor from the research of regionalism on network distribution of lo gistics enterprise.Based on the logistics enterprise needs and the social demands, this paper esta blishes generalized expense model, and combines it with the graph theory to researc h the problems about network regionalism distribution of logistics enterprise from th e perspective of consumers to the influence of the service on the distribution from logistics enterprise,Then this paper confirms research theory based on the case of Area R distribut ion network of Express Company A in Chengdu, and some conclusions are drawn a s follows:1) Express company distribution network division method based on generalized expense research is operable. There are many factors influencing express company d istribution service, however, consumers prefer to choose the company that can maxi mizes their own utility, which is to minimum generalized expense.2) Express industrial is highly timeliness, time is the factor that influence cons umers choices. Generalized expense factors, such as speed, convenient and time, co uld convert it to time-value research, thus, it could ensure research feasibility, whic h suits to feature of express industry and consumers. Promoting freight transport sp eed and increasing distribution frequency of distribution outlets are the key proble ms to develop express industry.
