China has entered the reform and open policy for forty years; both the domestic and international environments have changed deeply. The survival and development of modern enterprises are influenced by many factors and constraints. Among them, the most important and most fundamental factor is the human resources, they are the most valuable and scarcest resource of all enterprises, so we must take measures to carry on the effective management.Through the2011performance incentive approach of Xinbang Logistics Company, based on the company’s performance motivation questionnaire analysis, this article puts forward the staff incentive measures of2012. The main research work is as follows:In1, introduce Xinbang Logistics Company’s development situation and characteristics; summarize the designing process and principle of Xinbang Logistics Company’s performance evaluation system. Research shows that in the process of trying to improve staff’s ability, companies tend to ignore the motivation of some key factors like employee’s individual characteristics, environment, atmosphere etc., and leading to a high cost of money and manpower, but still cannot achieve the expected goal of strengthening the construction of manpower resources capacity. As a result, the enterprise management activity center is the management of human resources, and the core of human resources management is to effectively motivate employees.In2, in2011, Xinbang Logistics Company has carried out performance evaluation in executives, sales, operations, functions. Since the company’s indicators in sales, profit, efficiency, cost of vehicle are not in an ideal situation, combined with the employee performance analysis of questionnaire survey, according to incentive theory and performance incentive factors, fully consider the staff in age, education, professional knowledge and other factors, combined with the performance incentive factors on employee performance effects, such as enterprise prospect, salary incentive factors and incentive factors, spirit incentive factors, organizational incentive factors, we improved the 2012performance evaluation of executives, sales, operations, and functions of employee, motivating all levels of employees to meet company’s strategy goal.In3, this paper uses scientific analysis method and analysis tool to analysis performance motivation questionnaire in depth, fully mines the reasons behind the employee’s incentive, and uses this performance evaluation system in the company’s real work which is a new attempt of performance incentive in China’s logistics enterprises, and now has played an important role in Xinbang company’s development, welcomed by company executives and staff.Summing up the new state logistics company, performance incentives improvement and optimization experience of logistics enterprise, performance incentive method, index design, bonus allocation gives own opinion and the suggestion.
