As an important theory of the modern enterprise management,the theory of organizational culture,which be introduced to China over30years,has been received wide attention.Organizational culture is playing an important role in the development of enterprises increasingly prominent,especially with the increasingly fierce global competition, as the sum of corporate ideology and behavior.It has become the key factor for the Chinese and foreign enterprises to improve their management level and the overall literacy,and it has built a comprehensive competitive strength. Currently, regional competition situation with the same nature between port enterprises is becoming increasingly serious.Tianjin Port Petrochemicals Terminal Co., Ltd.(TPPTC) in order to response to the challenges from the new environment and the new tasks, attemptted to enhance the terminal level,optimize the process,improve the handling services,in addition,kept a fully aware of the importance of strengthen the construction of organizational culture on enterprise development.Has be making efforts for years,TPPTC has taken a lot of research and practice in the building of organizational culture, valuable experience has been accumulated,some results have been achieved.However,there are still some weak links in the administration and enforcement of organizational culture,caused by the current system of organizational culture is more limited in the majority of employees agree,which limit to play the role organizational culture to a certain extent.In the thesis,combined with the theory of organizational culture and the development status of TPPTC,make a described in detail and explore the research on the very construction of the existing system of organizational culture,find that the problem exists in the company’s existing organizational culture construction,such as lacks of long-term planning,implementation of the system is not comprehensive,publicity for employees is incomplete and so on.With the help of OCAI(Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument),by the way of a questionnaire survey,I made an evaluation on the very construction of the existing system of organizational culture,contrasting to the organizational culture mode in the employees’expectations.analysis of the cause of the problem.According to the survey results and their analysis,around the building of organizational culture at all levels,and put forward countermeasures of development and improvements,provide a reference for TPPTC to make an improvement and innovation on organizational culture.Finally I built on an organizational culture construction which is suited to the realities of work and the development trends of the enterprise.
