With economic development, the companies pursue the concept of lean supply chain network to obtain great benefit. However, it is discovered that this supply chain tends to be very fragile under the circumstance which the disruption risks take place frequently. Especially under the concept of supply chain collaboration, the companies of the SCN depend on each other, and affect each other. If one of the companies is disruptive, it can spread to the other companies, thereby affecting the normal operation of the entire supply chain network. The various disruptions of supply chain make people realize that extreme pursuit of low-cost and high efficiency is worthless. Facing the frequent disruption risks, the enterprises require the supply chain not only have the ability of operating efficiently, but also have the ability of resuming from the interference quickly, that is resiliency. This demands relevant managers take more attentions to the interruptions caused by different types of disruption and design a resilient supply chain which can resist various disruptions. However, the research on designing a resilient supply chain under disruption is just started. That the research on designing a resilient supply chain under disruption is delayed and that the companies face various disruptions are form a pair of contradictory. Consequently, it is important and significant to consider disruptions when we design a resilient supply chain that has the ability of rapid recovery from disruption to normal operation.Based on the present research, this paper is aimed to analyze resilient supply chain network design under disruption risks. The research is rooted in a supplier-manufacturer-distributor-demand point four-echelon supply chain system. The supplier provides raw materials to manufacturers; the manufacturer produces products using raw materials and provides products to distributors; the distributor transports products to demand point; the local dealer sells products to the customers. In this four-echelon supply chain system, suppliers, manufacturers and distributors may be disruptive at any time. Based on the above idea, this paper has done the following research work:(1) The paper firstly describes the background and significance of this research, and giving the logical thinking, basic research content and the framework of the full text.(2) The paper reviews the present research related to this field. It includes the following two parts:supply chain risk, the supply chain network design under uncertainty environment.(3) It summarizes the relevant theories from there aspects:the theory of supply chain risk, the theory of resilient supply chain, the theory of supply chain optimization.(4) Under different disruption scenarios, the paper provides two different models of supply chain network optimization and design. The first model bases on the scenario which the supplier and distributor is vulnerable to disruptions; the second model adds the scenario which the manufacturer and multi-distributor are disrupt on the basic of the first model, and provides the corresponding model. Then it makes the sensitivity analysis to the two models respectively.(5) At the last, the paper summarizes the main views and indicates the defects as well as advices and expectations of the future work.
