Study On The Economic Development In Jiamusi Suburb Farm In The Process Of Urbanization

At present, Chinese economy develops dramatically, so do our cities. Theprosperous cities play significant part in promoting regional economic development.Widening gap between different cities can also be explained from the perspective ofurban economy. To solve the problem, this article applies the theory of economy,provide us a new explanation of the phenomena.With the acceleration of the process of urbanization, urban suburban farms increasegradually which have become an important support power in China’s agriculturalreclamation system. The suburban farms face the good development opportunities andchallenges in the process of urbanization. From the point of view of strategicdevelopment, Urbanization has produced important influences on the strategyenvironment of suburban farm. This great opportunity depends on whether or not thesuburban farms could catch it, that is, the key factor of success lies in the ability ofeconomy in cultivation and applications. The proposed paper analyses the presentdevelopment situation of the suburban farms, also summarizes the economic influencefactors during the process of urbanization. Empiricalresearches are conductedtoanalysis of the development of the suburban farm mechanism toward the advantagesand disadvantages conditions. It showed that the farm economy development havemany contradictions and problems. Therefore, the aim of this paper is to get to thepoint of the matter, and find the fundamental way for solving these problems putforward.This paper induces the present situation of suburban farms in Jiamusi region, andput forward to improvement suggestion, policy and measures. Probable short-termprospects are speculated. Some thoughts and methods are offered for sustainabledevelopment and the reduction of the environmental impact of energy, water andmaterial consumption. The goal is enhances the regional competition and promotesthe city to social harmony, prosperity and development. The empirical researches are study with the theory of ekistics, geography, andeconomics. The proposed paper is organized as follows. The first chapter introducesthe study background, meaning and domestic and foreign literature summary, give thestudy content and method. The second chapter explores from the relevant basicresearch theory, the concept and characteristics of the suburban farms and the relatedtheory are introduced. Analyzes are developed on the impact of town expansion. Thethird chapter analyses the current situation of suburban farms in Jiamusi region duringthe urbanization process. Strengths and Weaknesses are detected in the study. Thefourth chapter explains the influencing factors of economic development in theprocess of urbanization from the two aspects of advantages and disadvantages.According to the analysis above, suggestions and measures are put forward to thesuburban farms in Jiamusi region in chapter five. Finally, the study is concluded bypointing out some further research directions on the research of suburban farms.
