The study of distribution channels is a marketing research center, known as the4P combination is the product (Product), price (Price), channels (Place), promotion (Promotion), commodity distribution marketing strategy an important component. With the increasingly market competition, That channels is King has become a consensus for the enterprise to develop market. Channel conflicts is normal in the market, in this context, we discussed about MONI corporate distribution channel management&optimization.As a commercial cleaning products for large enterprises, The MONI company distribution channels facing several problems:lack of ability of distributors to develop markets,decline in loyalty, restructuring of the dealer positioning, channel conflict etc. This article is the analysis of commercial cleaning products market of China’s distribution channel conditions combined with the impact factor on the basis of Commercial Cleaning Product features&the MONI distribution channels. Four new optimization principles,1) strengthen the management of the distributor;2) keep incentives and training for them;3) properly resolve channel conflict;4) scientific assessment of channel performance, and provide a reference for the optimal management of distribution channels for other companies within the industry.
