The Research Of Parts Procurement Logistics System In Chinese Automobile Industry

In recent years, the rapid development of automobile industry has become a major pillar of the national economy, In the condition of the fierce international competition environment, competition between the car company has come to the point of the dire straits. In this protracted war, the company only to find the strength way in order to remain invincible in the competition, the price war has become a competitive trends, the same quality, the lower the price will have an advantage, so reduce educe costs has become the first problem which the car company should solve. And the auto parts procurement logistics chain is the goal which occupy a certain proportion and have the reduced space, the procurement of parts and components not only affect the production of the vehicle, but also restricts the pace of development of the automobile industry, so research the procurement logistics system of parts for auto companies is particularly important, not only provides a space for the development of enterprises, and it have an edge in the competition.Procurement system of auto parts logistics is a complex system involving many fields and industries, and improvement in the procurement of logistics chain, can provide more conductors to the enhancement of management capacity of business organization, indirectly, enhance the competitiveness of the company. This paper study Chinese automobile enterprises parts procurement logistics system from the six parts, as follows:The first part is introduction, including background and significance of the study, summarize and draw by reading literature at home and abroad, and developed a research line with the framework in this study.The second part is a theoretical basis, the foothold of the research is theory which is relevant to the research, this part contains the distinction of automotive logistics, procurement, logistics and procurement logistics system, with emphasis on the theory, the main process control theory, the procurement management theory, the theory of lean thinking, theory of third-party logistics, the theory of zero inventory management and supply chain management theory.The third part is the development status of the parts industry and parts procurement logistics, the analysis from two aspects, the first aspect is the development status and trends of the world’s automotive parts industry; the second area is the development status and development trend of China’s auto parts industry and development situation and development trend of China’s auto parts procurement logistics.The fourth part is to study the vehicle supply chain of parts procurement, including four areas:the management of parts suppliers, spare parts procurement and logistics outsourcing, parts transportation in procurement logistics and parts inventory management in procurement logistics.The fifth part is based on the SGMW Automobile Co., Ltd., for example to study vehicle parts purchases logistics system of the car company, for procurement logistics system at this stage, according to the problems put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.Part VI is a summary of the full text of research.
