As one of the pillar industries, tea plays an important role in promoting the economic development of Zhenghe. The black tea of "Zhenghe Gongfu" is the rebuild old industry in recent years, the author using the "Diamond Model", and according to the characteristic of the "Zhenghe Gongfu" industry, analyzing the competition ability of that industry and putting forward the countermeasures, in order to promote the development of "Zhenghe Gongfu"Firstly, introduce and analysis "Zhenghe Gongfu" industry’s background and current situation, cause the reflection of its competition ability through analyzing the disadvantages of the current situation, confirm the necessity of improving its competition ability, provide the basis for using the theory of Industrial Competitiveness.Secondly, use the theory of Potter’s "Diamond Mode" to analysis the six major factors that affect the competition ability of "Zhenghe Gongfu", and summarize the advantages and disadvantages from these factors.Finally, according to the results of empirical analysis, put forward the countermeasure to improve the competition ability of "Zhenghe Gongfu", include the following:implementing industrial innovation to strengthen the factors of production, using a variety of methods to expand the market demands, developing tea beverages and tea packaging and other related industries, optimizing industrial structure and building the good competitive environment between enterprises, increasing the support of the government, implementing the cultural promotion, and so on, to promote the development of "Zhenghe Gongfu" industry.
