In recent years, medicine retail development has made considerable progress in China. But, our country medicine retail development exist more problems:the business location is not clear, Market competition and the management level is relatively inferior, the enterprise smaller scale effect. In2009, the state council proposed "Opinion of deepening the reform of medical care system". Under the background of medical reform in pharmaceutical companies and market positioning problem is of important theoretical and practical significance.This paper summarizes the problem of company in the pharmaceutical business management according to present situation of Zhilin Pharmaceutical Group, In order to satisfy the needs of the development of company strategy, this paper makes the market positioning research. Firstly, the paper expounds the related the reform of medical care system and the theories of marketing position. Secondly, we analyze the situation of the medicine market and Zhilin Pharmaceutical Group,then we describes the problems of the company. Again, the paper puts forward the guidelines, principles and optimization design of specific content. Finally, this paper expounds market positioning of the implementing process and the measures.This paper designs marketing position from product to consumer by analyzing the opportunities and challenges in the macro environment. We put forwards the combination of the market strategy. In addition, we proposes some partnership measure. they will play a part in the development of the company.
