As the carrier of human survive and social production activity, land is the necessary and irreplaceable substance foundation for human living and development, and also the carrier and space for social economic activities. Without land, then without human living and development, neither social economic activities. Therefore, land plays an important role in the process of economy grows. With the high speed of economy development, population increasing, urbanization accelerating and enlarging demands on constructive land, the contradiction on land supply and demand is striking. How to achieve social economy develop harmoniously is becoming one of the most important problems the country and governments at all levels and social scholar focusing on..Recent years, many foreign and domestic scholars have many researches center on the relationships between land and economic growth, which many focused on relationships between economic growth and farmland non-agriculturization, relativity between growth on economic and that of constructive land area. But researches on the contribution constructive land supply makes to economic growth is rare, especially the contrast study on contributions the constructive land supply made to economic growth between all the counties in certain city. Only when the contributions constructive land supply makes to economic growth is estimated scientifically, the position and effects constructive land supply makes in economic growth can be reflected scientifically, theoretic references can be provided for concentrated land utilization, and reasonable and scientific land regulating policy can be made. Because of this, in the paper Shangrao City is taken as a sample for contribution analyzing which constructive land supply makes to economic growth in every county:elastic coefficient of constructive land supply makes to economic growth in every county are estimated by Cobb-Douglass production function; then the contribution rate constructive land supply makes to economic growth in every county are assessed and based on the conclusions, some policies and advisements are proposed. The main contents in this paper are following: Part one:Chiefly state the background, aims and meanings of this theme selecting, make a literature review on this study. Based on these, shortly introduce the train of thought and methods.Part two:Introduce the concept and characteristics of constructive land, make a review and assessment on economic growth theory, land supply theory and Cobb-Douglass production function, build the theoretic base for this paper.Part three and part four is the kernel of this theme. In part three, based on introducing the general situation of development of constructive land and economy in Shangrao City, the current situation and period differences over the year of economic development in Shangrao City are analyzed, as well as the internal structure and spatial diversities of constructive land, and the problems exist in constructive land using are discussing. In part four, Cobb-Douglass production function is built for in empirical study. Panel data from1996to2010in twelve counties are analyzing, and combining with production function to fix the elastic coefficient. At last the contribution rate constructive land supply makes to economic growth in every county in Shangrao City is estimated, and in the empirical point of view, examine the result of theoretic derivation, and summarize the corresponding conclusions and policy inspiration by combining the theoretic derivation and demonstration examination.Part five:Conclusion and discussion, propose the countermeasures for constructive land supply promote the economy sustainably develops.
