Study On Contribution Of Land Factors To Economic Growth Based On Expanded C-D Model In Henan Province

Henan Province is an important grain major producing area.It is also an important area of new industrialization and new urbanization.It has the dual task of protecting cultivated land,ensuring food security and speeding up economic development.In recent years,the economy of Henan Province has continued to grow steadily,and it is gradually changing towards high efficiency and intensification.This study analyzes the correlation between land use and economic growth from two aspects of cultivated land and construction land.The paper used the economic and social data?arable land data?construction land data(the village land was removed from the construction land)from 2009 to 2015 to build an extended C-D production function model including land factor.We quantitatively analyzed the contribution of land use to economic growth in Henan Province and local cities.The main conclusions are as follows:From the perspective of Henan Province,it belongs to the "capital land type" economic growth model.Among them,the contribution of the labor force,capital and construction land of the second and third industries to the economic growth of the second and third industries is relatively balanced,and the contribution rate of the labor force in the primary industry is low,which may be related to the quality and skills of the workers.Improving the quality of workers and skills can greatly enhance the labor productivity and arable land intensive level,so as to promote the first industrial economic growth.Therefore,improving the quality of workers and the level of land intensive is an effective way to overcome the extensive use of land disadvantages,improve land use efficiency,ease the contradiction between economic growth and land supply,and then become an effective means to promote economic growth in Henan Province.From the local sub-industry point of view,the city's first industry is "capital-based" economic growth model,the second and third industries are in accordance with the "capital land" economic growth model.So we can see the capital elements occupy an absolutely important position in economic growth.In addition,the contribution of cultivated land resources to economic growth is less than that ofconstruction land,which is the main reason for the continuous reduction of cultivated land resources.It is an effective measure to ease land conflicts and promote economic growth by reasonable layout of construction land and arable land,prohibiting cultivated land occupied by construction land,improving the protection mechanism of arable land,utilizing modern high-tech means to develop farmland reserve resources reasonably.
