Nanchang Rural Secondary Vocational Education To Affect The Development Of County Economy

For a long time, medium occupation education in rural areas has been neglected, the rural labors have got little education, county economy has not developed very well. In this case, senior vocational technicians are seriously deficient in city industrialization and county economy development.In order to solve this problem, taking the counties of Nanchang for example, this paper studies the theory and practice in rural medium occupation education and country economy development in Nanchang. Hope it is significant to make county economy have striding development.This paper investigate medium occupation education and country economy development in all area counties of Nanchang with the method of documentary analysis and questionnaires, points out the current situation as well as the existent problem of this issue, analyzes the affects that the lagged medium occupation education acts on country economy. On that basis, the development strategy on medium occupation education and country economy has been introduced. The main conclusions are as the below:(1) There are two main reasons can explain why medium occupation education is left behind:one is the function of the government is defective in rural areas, the other is the function of the school is defective in rural medium occupation education.(2) Rural medium occupation education in Nanchang restricts its country economy, Urban-rural gap is extremely obvious.(3) In Nanchang, Industrial structure should be optimized further in the field of rural medium occupation education and country economy.
