Research On The Model Of Agricultural Products Logistics In Zhejiang Based On Supply Chain Management

Abundant with species resource in agriculture, Zhejiang Province is not only the well-rounded comprehensive agricultural areas of agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and fishery, but the great agricultural products consumer with an increasing demands. As China’s first national logistic construction pilot province, the logistics industry in Zhejiang Province has achieved great development. In recent years, Zhejiang Province has been formed a modern logistics system which mainly consists of wholesale market of agricultural products, agricultural products logistics centre, supermarket chains, logistics distribution center. However, with the rapid development of economy and transformations in consumption patterns of residents, the consumer’ demand for agricultural products showing the new features of diversification, personalization and harmless, and so on. The customers’requirement of efficient logistic mode of agricultural products and timely supply of abundant and safe agricultural products will certainly put forward higher requirements for the supply chain management of agricultural products. Therefore, it is particularly urgent and important to improve the existing logistics level of agriculture in Zhejiang Province, so as to structure the agricultural products logistic mode adapted to the current economic and social development.The paper first reviews the domestic and international trends of the agricultural products logistics and defines the conceptions of agricultural products logistics and the agricultural product supply chain, and so forth. In addition, it introduces the typical agricultural products logistics mode in the developed countries, focusing on the analysis of the present situation of agricultural products logistics and the existing agricultural logistics mode as well as the mode’s existing problems in Zhejiang province. Then based on the analysis, from the perspective of supply chain management, it constructs an agricultural products logistics mode with the core enterprise as the leading factor in Zhejiang province. The mode means taking the agricultural products wholesale markets, agriculture leading enterprise and the chain supermarket as the leading enterprises. Finally, combined with the actual situation of agricultural products logistics in Zhejiang province, the paper puts forward series of measures to ensure the effective operation of agricultural products logistics mode.
