Study On Employee Training System Of SW Company Based On The Strategy

Along with the continuous deepening of reform and opening up, the number of domestic enterprises is increasing rapidly, but life has been hovering in the year2.9, so the enterprise management problem, attract, develop and retain talents cultivation, gradually improve enterprise primary concern.
