The design of enterprise employee training program,the foothold is the training,the focus is development.It is the fundamental purpose of training and development system design to improve the performance of employees,to meet the requirements of the post to the greatest extent,and to improve the current and future performance level.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the rational allocation of many elements in the training development system and realize the optimization of training development process.In this paper,the problems in the implementation of the training of company A are analyzed and discussed in this paper.The problems of strategic planning,system adjustment and management strategy should be solved in the training plan design.Based on the prediction of training demand,this paper analyzes the shortcomings of company A in training planning and design and the causes of problems through improving the components of the system.Starting from the problems faced by company A,this paper discusses the concrete measures to integrate training resources and promote the way and method of the transformation of training results.The career management of the organization which seriously affected the training effect of company A has been focused on,and the action plan has been drawn up.The improved training program has two features: one is to plan according to the job responsibilities of employees and the development of the company,"I will give you what you need";The second is based on the employee's career and career planning and design,create and guide the staff's interest,cultivate the employee's needs,"if you need this,I give you chance to try",this is real respect for employees,to the enterprise is responsible for training and development.Employees choose training,not because there is no other choice,but because we give him more choices.This is very important for the accumulation of enterprise form assets,to stimulate the initiative of employees and to establish harmonious labor relations.This paper argues that human resource flows and employee career planning are the key factors that affect the training effectiveness,and the degree of transformation is the key to the development efficiency.
