With the deepening of the power system reform, the pace of power supply Enterprise market-oriented will be accelerated. How to shorten the distance and enhance information exchange with customersis a challenge of the current power enterprise.Therefore, the business strategy is no longer the "products-centered", but turned to the "customer-centered".In this paper, a local power company is studied the customer service status quo in costomer relationship theroretical,to build a customer oriented serivce index system through combing the customer service rescources and service indicators.Meanwhile, we studied the GIS applications in power enterprises at home and abroad to design a GIS-based customer service sources regulatory system which combining the Customer Service Information and GIS information and implementing multi-faceted and multi-level spatial query functions and service information display functions.This study is replying on theory and based on system constructionto raise the overall management of a power supply enterprise specialization ability, service responsiveness and the ability to graspCustomerneeds.
