Based On The Concept Of Circular Economy Of Coal Enterprise Technical Innovation Research

This has important strategic significance that combining the concept of circular economy into the actual situation of the coke industry, looking for the way of technological transformation of coke industry, optimizing coke enterprises industry chain.Has been, the coke industry has using more extensive type mode of economic development, some enterprise or place for the pursuit of economic interests, and focus only on the local a the coke industry nd short-term goals, unreasonable development of coke industry is causing more severe resource and environmental problems, the coke industry achieve sustainable development must take the circular economy road.Papers use the cycle of economic theory, the theory of clean production and industry association theory as guides, depth analyze development status of the coal industry at home and abroad in the circular economy side, use literature analyze, site survey and comprehensive comparison of methods, on the basis of full investigation and analysis of the status quo of coke industrial, industrial structure, production processes, resource use patterns, analyze the potential of coke industrial development of recycling economy, Circular economy and clean production as the guiding ideology and the ultimate goal to proposed coke enterprises to carry out technological transformation pathways.The main conclusions of this paper:(1) The coke production using low temperature carbonization craft, commonly used low-temperature carbonization furnace is the Sanjiang-type heat-upright carbonization furnace, a variety of dry distillation furnace has its own advantages and disadvantages of different adaptation conditions. Coke industrial production scale is gradually expanding, the economic efficiency is continuously improving, but its resource utilization is still low.(2) By analyzing the study, coke industrial has great potential to recycling economy, coke industrial development of recycling economy can improve resource utilization, reduce pollutant emissions, and improve economic efficiency.(3) Coke industrial development of recycling economy, can use the way of extension of the industrial chain industrial chain coupling and promote cleaner production, to improve the level of coke industry circular economy.(4) The case study showed that coke enterprises to carry out technological transformation brings certain benefits:①Extended enterprise industry chain, improved the stability of the industry chain;②Coke oven gas all be utilized to improve the utilization of resources;③Waste is recycled, reducing the emissions of pollutants;④Increase product added value, improve the economic efficiency of enterprises.
