Study On The Influencing Factors Of The Enterprises’Circular Economy Technological Innovation

With China’s economic development in a high speed, the environmental problems are increasingly prominent. Problems caused by traditional technological innovation, such as resources shortage, environment pollution, ecological damage and so on, have severely restricted China’s economic growth. The government has taken a series of energy saving and emission reducing measures to increase the management of environmental problems and vigorously develop circular economy in order to achieve the sound development of economy. From the technological perspective, as the alternative of traditional economic model, circular economy is a new technological paradigm. Since the realization of circular economy needs the support of corresponding technology, technological innovation system with enterprises as the main bodies is the only way to realize the circular economy. Chinese central government has undertaken measures to promote circular economy vigorously since2005, however, in terms of the current situation, the effect is not satisfying. Therefore, how to urge the enterprise to innovate the technology of circular economy and boost the development of it is a problem worth thinking about. Thus, studying the main factors that influence the enterprises’circular economy technological innovation has great and real significance.This paper takes the influencing factors of enterprise’s circular economy technological innovation as research subject, and probe into main influencing factors of the enterprises’ circular economy technological innovation and the path and strength of them to innovation performance and development of the enterprises’circular economy technological innovation. The main works of this study are as follows:By organizing and analyzing related literature at home and abroad, this thesis draws five factors that influencing the enterprises’circular economy technological innovation, including the ability of the enterprises’circular economy technological innovation, the intention of technological innovation and the full equipped property right system of the enterprises (interior factors); the market structure and green demand, the role of government (exterior factors). On the base of analyzing each influencing factors, this thesis proposes hypothesis, structures conceptual models that influencing path of each factors. The sample data is collected through questioners, empirical research has been done by using structural equation modeling and the path relations of each influencing factor is verified. After the discussion of the modeling, the following conclusions are drawn:1. The capability of the enterprises’ circular economy technological innovation has a markedly positive influence on the performance of circular economy technological innovation;2. The intention of the enterprises’circular economy technological innovation has a markedly positive influence on the performance of circular economy technological innovation;3. The reasonable arrangement of property right of the enterprises has a markedly positive influence on the ability of the enterprises’circular economy technological innovation;4. The reasonable arrangement of property right of the enterprises has a markedly positive influence on the intention of the enterprises’circular economy technological innovation;5. Oligopolistic market structure and environmentally friendly market environment has a markedly positive influence on the intention of the enterprises’circular economy technological innovation;6. The level of the enterprises’circular economy technological innovation has a markedly positive influence on the development of the enterprises’circular economy.The empirical results show that the role of market and government is not prominent in the enterprises’circular economy technological innovation. And the failure of market needs the intervention of the government. In the end, this paper puts forward several suggestions which includes:perfect the arrangement of property right of resources and environment to solve the problem of market failure; increase the input of scientific research fund, especially work out a specific budget focusing on the circular economy technological innovation, provide the credit preferential benefit to the enterprises that carry out circular economy technological innovation and so on.
