Along with the economic society environment and policy changes, the survival and production environment of the coal enterprises has changed great. In recent years, the coal enterprises have paid attention to the corporate culture construction. The construction of corporate culture provides the spiritual power for the enterprises. This paper analysis and researches the corporate culture construction of Huangling Mining Group Co., Ltd. which is based on the achievements of domestic and foreign scholars, from the angle of integrating theory with practice, this paper points out how to choose the direction of cultural construction by way of SWOT. At last this paper puts forward the safeguard mechanism of construction and innovative and optimization corporate culture construction model of Huangling Mining Group Co., Ltd.In this paper, the author mainly focuses on three aspects.
