With the international market, Chinese enterprises are facing increasingly fierce domestic and international market competition. As an important sector of the company, sales department bears the marketing results of the corporate, no sales and no profit, no profit businesses, the enterprise can not survive and develop. How do human resources management and development of corporate sales department? It is very important and critical. Performance of sales staff will have a direct concern with the results of corporate performance. How to develop a reasonable sales goals and manage the implementation process of performance for sales staff, how to help sales staff to continuously improve performance, how to develop the evaluation system in line with the development of enterprises, set of evaluation indicators and evaluation criteria, fair and equitable performance appraisal, these are the content of this paper.Optimization of the sales staff performance appraisal system from BC Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. as the research object.This article first on performance appraisal system aspects, the concept of summarization laid the theoretical basis of the papers.Secondly, grasp the current situation of international and domestic current industry performance appraisal system, to grasp the relevant concept of performance appraisal system, the development and application of performance appraisal system, understand the current several kinds of current assessment methods, pharmaceutical enterprises marketing staff performance appraisal situation.Overview, combined with the BC Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd, organization and sales staff characteristics, the human resource situation of the BC Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd are analyzed, the marketing personnel in the performance appraisal problems exist.According to the scientific management ideas and internal requirements of performance appraisal, in the light of the problem of BC Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. Human Resources and in the performance appraisal, this study designed the sales staff performance appraisal system contrapuntally in BC Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. In the project design, the assessment of the former company is only concerned about the results, ignoring the behavior assessment, a single assessment targets, unscientific and unjust, these are improved. Combined with BSC to the introduction of financial, customer, internal operations, processes, and other aspects of content and BSC into the decomposition of the KPI indicators, assessment targets more clearly.Through analysis and discussion of this article, it has a comprehensive, in-depth study of BC’s pharmaceutical sales personnel performance appraisal design, methods, indicators, designed to help improve performance management of the sales staff to improve the performance evaluation of the effect of the system.
