With the development of global financial crisis,China is now the pharmaceutical market in the world,and decided to face the most important people and ties of the consumers,is the direct sales of pharmaceutical enterprises.However,in the channel sales,the number of pharmaceutical sales staff is growing,the problem of the management of sales personnel is increasingly prominent.The Randomness of personnel recruitment,the lack of professional salesperson appointment,the career planning gap of sales personnel,the future direction of development is very vague,resulting in large turnover,serious loss and so on.These are serious problems for the pharmaceutical industry.Through the study of west point pharmaceutical sales staff,designed the performance management evaluation index,which is in line with the characteristics of the enterprise,scientific optimization,is of great significance to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises.Based on the theory of performance management,Xidian Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd sales staff performance management are analyzed,and found that the existing involve people understanding of performance management is not deep,content design not enough scientific performance appraisal index,appraisal target and the company's strategic development target,and in the later problem such as the lack of feedback loop,and the reasons for the problems from these aspects.After the performance plan,performance appraisal,performance monitoring,performance feedback and performance results application of performance management of the basic process is optimized,both performance management culture construction,ideological understanding,set up a special development fund,set up performance management support platform,security measures,such as performance management training to help Xidian Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd sales staff to complete the implementation of the performance appraisal process.
