Team building and management are closely focused in enterprises. Marketing team, the source of enterprises’ profit, guarantees enterprises’ performance. Among all the team buildings, the marketing team building is the most important one. To build the marketing team with high efficiency, enterprises need to perfect their team system, create a suitable and integrated team training plan, establish an evaluation system with varieties and give full play to the team’s overall ability. The enterprise’s marketing performance is the result of the marketing activities of the marketing team. In business management, the highly efficient marketing team results in the project promotion, product strategy and planning, and the exercise of marketing strategy. And the highly efficient marketing team is always able to find the appropriate opportunities for the development of enterprises and institutions, and to find and build a reasonable development platform.With the help of the writer’s many years’engagement in the sales management of Santai Electronics Company Guangzhou Branch and the understanding of the marketing team building and the management of the team members, this paper finds that there is a big urgent problem to be solved in the marketing team building practiced by Santai electronics company Guangzhou branch for a long time. Therefore, this paper will employ the theoretical knowledge of the marketing team building and marketing management, analyze the problems about the marketing team faced by Santai Electronics Company Guangzhou Branch, and put forward the corresponding solutions.
