Today’s telecommunications is occurring drastic changes, revolutionary change of network technology,three network technology integration, the diversification of customer’s needs, the legalization of the control policies and the quickening of the international process.These are external driving factors for the industrial fusion and penetration.Since China’s accession to the WTO, China telecom industry is gradually integrated into the international market.Since2008reorganization of telecommunication industry to form "a situation of tripartite confrontation" situation, three operators entered full service competition.which opened China’s telecom industry development in the new prologue,broke the previous imbalance in the pattern of competition, the competition once into the incandescent change.How to develop effective marketing strategy for China’s telecommunications industry is of great significance.First of all, this paper takes Dongguan mobile market of University as the research object by the method of literature review, questionnaire survey, comparative analysis and so on to conduct the research.Secondly, from the marketing theory of reviewing relevant research literature,and analysis in recent years the dongguan mobile company on the campus market for the implementation of marketing strategy.By using SWOT analysis method to find out the market advantages, weaknesses, opportunities, threats, and find out a suitable differentiation marketing strategy on Dongguan university mobile market.And the construction of student team to improve the campus channel construction as the focus of the market to deploy the work stable campus.Finally, this research or one of several main conclusions on the dongguan mobile have important practical significance on China mobile and even China’s telecommunications industry.
