As the world’s important economic phenomenon, industry clusters strongly promoteregional economic development. High-tech industry clusters are becoming an importantdeveloping model. It shows strong vitality and economic viability. Innovation is the lifebloodof high-tech industrial clusters. It is important to keep innovative for the clusters’ long-termcompetitive advantage. In China, the developing of high-tech industry clusters is in a periodof growing and improving. There are so many problems need to be solved. In the guidance ofsynergetics, the members of high-tech industry clusters form collaborative networks infrequent cooperation and produce synergetic effects through resource sharing andcomplementary advantages that can not be achieved by single individuals. The process ofcollaborative innovation improves innovation performance. On the basis of previous research,this article establishes the cluster’s synergetic innovation networks, studies the choice ofinnovation members, and answers the questions of if and how different networks affect theinnovation performance. This study has important theoretical and practical significance topromote the development of high-tech industries.This article studies high-tech industry clusters based on industry clusters theory andinnovation theory, builds the theoretical foundation of this study. Secondly, this articleanalyzes synergetic theory of innovation and make sure that the essence of synergeticinnovation is clusters members optimize innovation process by means of synergetic networks.It points out that synergy is an effective model of cluster innovation. Thirdly, this articlebuilds the synergetic innovation networks. It analyzes the formation of synergetic networksin the clusters and its role to promote innovation. It establishes the theoretical model andproposes hypothesis. Fouthly, this article uses structural equation modeling method, applysSPSS and AMOS to analyze and prove the theoretical model. Finally, this article drawsconclusions and proposes strategies to enhance the performance of clusters’ innovation.According to the results of the theoretical and empirical analysis, this article points outconclusions as follows: Kinds of synergetic networks such as ‘enterprise-enterprise’,‘enterprise-government’,‘enterprise-intermediary’ and ‘enterprise-university/researchinstitution’ have significant positive effect on innovation performance; The ‘enterprise-government’ synergetic network not only has direct effects on innovation performance butalso has indirect effects; Different synergetic networks present different degree of effects oninnovation performance. The ‘enterprise-enterprise’ synergetic network plays the mostsignificant role in promoting innovation performance. The effect of longitudinal synergeticnetwork between enterprises in promoting innovation performance is significantly better thanthe horizontal collaboration of peer companies.
