Under the times background of the knowledge economy, the talents had been the mainmotivation factor to enhance the core-competence for company. The companies should fullyinspire and mobilize employee’s enthusiasm. In order to realize matching personnel and work,consistent with job responsibilities and equal pay for equal work, an enterprise need toimplement an objective and scientific job evaluation. Job evaluation is systematic process inwhich the value of each position of the enterprise can be confirmed with the others. It is the basicunit of human resource management, decision-making of salary and implementation of internalequity. And it has important significance of double-won for employee with enterprise.First of all, this article researches on the methods of job evaluation, as well as the presentcondition of this research field in domestic and foreign. Then, based on the private electronicscompany Y, the paper researches systematically the jobs of the enterprise Y. Then the paperfurther screens and determines the post evaluation indicators by factor analysizing thequestionnaire data. By using AHP constructing evaluating indicator judgment matrix, the paperdetermines scientific and reasonable index weight and distribution points and implements postevaluation and data processing on this basis and the forms position relative value evaluationscore results of the enterprise.This paper through the design and implementation of job evaluation system, provide areliable basis for recruitment, salary distribution, training, bonuses and so on. At the same time,the ideas, methods, processes and tools using in the post evaluation system also have somereference value to other enterprises.
