Research On Post-Evaluation Of JF Nursing Home For The Aged

The inevitable trend of the development of human society shows the inevitable arrival of the age of population aging.According to the results of the Fifth National Population Census in 2000,the proportion of the elderly over 65 years old in the total population reached 6.96%,and the proportion of the elderly over 60 years old even exceeded 10%.Thus,Chinese society began to enter the age of aging in an all-round way.By the end of 2018,according to the statistics of the National Statistical Bureau,the aging population over 60 years of age has increased to 249.49 billion people,accounting for 17.9% of the total population,and the phenomenon of population aging has become increasingly serious.With the acceleration of the development of urbanization,the overall extension of the average life expectancy of human beings and the more changeable life style of the people,small-sized families and empty-nested families are becoming more and more common in the whole society.The population of the special groups such as the left-behind elderly,empty-nested elderly,the disabled elderly and the disabled elderly is increasing,and institutional pension is the home.The effective supplement of family pension has gradually risen and been rapidly promoted.Based on the profound impact on economic and social benefits of old-age service institution construction projects,the post-evaluation research of such projects has gradually attracted attention.Based on the theory of post-evaluation and analysis of project,relying on the existing theoretical results of project management,social management and other related disciplines,this paper tries to carry out the project construction process of JF nursing home project by using the traditional methods of post-evaluation and analysis of project such as logical framework method,comparative evaluation method,fuzzycomprehensive evaluation method,success evaluation method and social investigation method.Post-evaluation,project economic post-evaluation,project social post-evaluation,project sustainable development evaluation and project comprehensive post-evaluation,the final conclusion of the project implementation success,and based on the research results for the project to further improve the investment efficiency put forward suggestions.The innovation of this paper lies in the application of the existing basic theory of post-project evaluation,especially the theoretical basis of the construction of post-project evaluation index system,fully grasping the characteristics of old-age service projects,innovatively combining with Delphi method,building a complete evaluation index system of old-age service projects,and using the chromatography analysis method to pass through.To verify the analysis of actual cases,the research conclusions are more scientific and reasonable,and provide some experience for post-evaluation analysis of similar projects in the industry in the future.
