"Green Enterprise Development"from The Perspective Of Ecologica Civilization

Ever since ecological civilization was formalized as the strategic task in the17th party conference of CPC, our country entered a new era of the ecological civilization. Enterprises, as a big role in the construction of ecological civilization, being ecology-oriented, are attempting to reach the goal of "a green country". The author, starting from the concept and origin of ecological civilization, discusses on the ecological development of the enterprises and analyzes the characterisitic of ecological civilization and the thought of green national economy development, discussed the development of enterprise ecology, analyzes the positive trend of green development and the internal and external causes of non-ecological mode. The author interprets the theory of green development and expounds on the macro economic development policy from the perspective of our ecological civilization and the foundation and path of enterprises.Ecological civilization changes and keeps the concept of traditional civilization especially industrial civilization. Ecological civilization advocates ecological economy, recycling economy and low-carbon economy on the economic level;and develop ecological technology on the technic level. Ecological civilization takes recycling economy as a steady economy. Renewable energy is rising apparently. China’s ecological civilization is constructed on the ecological industry. The amount of the economic industry reflects on the level of prosperity of ecological civilization.As the reflection on the ecological civilization, our enterprises have made improvement on the concept, technology, marketing strategy. Enterprise environment and green level have been greatly improved. But because of the internal and external factors, such as the unclear concept of ecological civilization, technical restriction on the develpment, the lack of fund, the lack of government guidance, defects of legal system, inadequate consumption, Chinese enterprises, particularly the small and medium-sized enterprises, still lag behind in terms of green development. In order to change the situation, the government need to realize the innovation of system.Firstly, the government should use "green GDP" as the criteria of government achievement and abandon the economic model of sacrificing environment for the development. Secondly, the government should improve the ecological compensation system and clarify the enterprises’ obligation of pollution. In the micro level, the enterprises should reduce the emission, follow the clean production and low carbon development, instead of using the tranditional model of production. At the same time, the enterprises should also keep up with the pace of development, vigorously develop and carry out the green technology, seek enterprise green development path.
