Research On The Industrial Structure Of Hubei Province From The Perspective Of Marx’s Theory Of Ecological Civilization

In the realistic economic activities, regional industrial structure determines the ability of sustainable development in the region. The unreasonable industrial structure not only influences the ecological civilization, will also hinder the local economy green development. Hubei province is in the central region, compared with the coastal province, economic development is relatively slow, slow adjustment of industrial structure. Especially in recent years to undertake the eastern industrial transfer in Hubei Province, and its mode of economic development, many problems are exposed, such as the industrial structure unreasonable, low, three large industrial levels in not reasonable, the industrial supporting ability is not perfect, the use of low technology, lack of innovative capacity etc. This requires Hubei Province from the first thought should be changed, while developing the economy, into the idea of ecological civilization, the development of economic benefits at the same time, we should also pay attention to the social and natural benefit. Has the theory significance and the practical significance of the optimization of the industrial structure of Hubei province in the view of Marx so the research on ecological civilization, especially with a practical guide to the process of the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure.This paper first clarifies the theory meaning of Marx ecological civilization, to today’s economic development guidance, and the industrial structure rationalization and highness content. Secondly, this article from the vertical and horizontal two aspects analyzes the causes of current, the current Hubei Province ecological civilization construction situation and development of the three major industries, the main problem. Finally, on the basis of the above analysis, this paper explains in detail the overall train of thought and policy development of three major industries in Hubei Province measures.
