Research On Enterprise Green Development From The Perspective Of Ecological Civilization

The construction of ecological civilization is an important part of the construction of the "Five in One" in our country, enterprises are the main force of economic and social development. Whether or not enterprises can implement green development is the key to the success of the construction of ecological civilization. By achieving green development, enterprises not only improve their own strategic value, it is also the only way for construction of ecological civilization.By analyzing the basis of the relationship between green development of enterprises and the construction of ecological civilization, this study made an in-depth analysis of the problems existing in Chinese enterprises’ green development process, according to the developmental practices of Chinese enterprises and with reference to the specific cases of Henan Energy Chemical Group’s green development practices. Accordance with the existing problems, this study researched and discussed the government responsibility and corporate responsibility in the process of enterprises green development in China, guided by the theory of ecological civilization construction. According to the findings of this study, the government should strengthen the publicity and guidance supervision, improve laws and regulations on business green development, formulate supporting and incentives policies, conduct enterprise green development publicity and education vigorously. Enterprises should change their values, and establish a sense of green production, build green corporate culture, build green development evaluation system, focusing on research and development of green technology and eco-green development to strengthen multilateral cooperation.
