Research Enterprise Project Management Of The Production Process For Y Company

Recent years, the manufacture companies are facing the competition not only from same industry but also from Southeast Asia. In order to improve the management efficiency, more and more companies apply conception of project management to change the traditional management model to improve the competition ability.This article take Y company as the research target, based on the problems existing in the production, take document study and cases analysis to analyze the production. The problems were solved after the application of project management and practice, thus the management efficiency were improved.Firstly, the research summary and results for the Enterprise Project Management (EPM) are forwarded, the theoretical knowledge for organization, staff communication and risks are forwarded, which are the theory basis of the project management.Secondly, the production process such as production summary is analyzed. The classification method of production related department is applied, three production activities are:inter-departmental, lead by one department, cross departmental, the characteristics are defined respectively.To the existing problems in the production, three production activities are designed by the way of project management design.The fourth part of this article analyzed the cases in the project management, the proposal and measures focused on the problems are forwarded.Conclusion The feasibility of the project is forwarded with the short coming existing in the practice, which will be solved in the future research.The article analyze and design the production, the management system for the project management will be formed to improve the management level.
